While The Coffee Wars uses the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts registered trademarks as part of our team competition and site design, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these two companies in any way. All uses of images and/or names are used with permission and are also protected under the “fair use” copyright law.
- We are in no way attempting to detract current or potential business from the above mentioned companies.
- We are in no way making any financial profit from the use of the Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts registered names.
- All of our events are completely free of charge, and we are purchasing products from the above mentioned companies to use as prizes for these events.
The Coffee Wars also does not necessarily endorse the philosophies promoted by or the affiliations of Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. Our goal is to merely add to the excitement and enjoyment of our rallies through the ethical use of these two great coffee chains’ names and purchased products.
